Turning social media into sales

29 November 2019

From houses to theme park tickets, we have been working to make our clients’ social media more engaging, more dynamic and generate more results.

Through a mix of organic and paid social media posts, reflexblue have been working with a number of our clients to turn their likes, loves and clicks into completed goals. Notably, with property developer Walker Group, our recent Instagram post launching their latest phase of new homes in Bonnyrigg, directly resulted in a completed sale over the same weekend, with the customer quoting the Instagram post when purchasing their new 4-bedroom home.

Over the peak summer season, reflexblue oversaw an incredible rate of growth across all social media channels for M&D’s Scotland’s Theme Park, generating over 2,000 new page likes, alongside incremental increases in engagement, reach and video views. Our unique mix of photo, slideshow and video paid adverts across Facebook, Instagram and Twitter reached over 100,000 users over 3 months, with an engagement rate of over 40%, generating thousands of website clicks.

Furthermore, in a GDPR marketing environment, data capture has become an invaluable, but rewarding, task for businesses looking to directly send their message to their most engaged customers, through text and e-mails. By integrating sign-up forms into Facebook adverts for M&D’s Scotland’s Theme Park and Walker Group we have generated multiple databases of high-quality leads, for costs as low as 40p per user.
